As part of our professionalism, expertise in forex and indices futures and dedication to the financial market, SkyeastFX proudly presents “FX Trading Contest 2009”. This contest is open to all Skyeast FX clients from all over the world..

I. Official Trading Contest Rules

SkyeastFX.com trading contest (or simply called "the contest") will run for 4 (four) months beginning on Tuesday, September 01, 2009 to Thursday, December 31, 2009. All SkyeastFX clients who meet the requirements are eligible to participate in the contest.
Participants hereby acknowledge that SkyeastFX has the absolute right to decide the winners and voluntarily waive any legal claims against SkyeastFX.

All participants hereby consent to disclose their nickname used in the trading contest, in the event that they become the winners in the contest. Skyeastfx will NOT make any of the participants’ data available to any third parties or publish them.

The winners of the contest will be awarded with:

II. Participants :
1.Any person having a real SkyeastFX account with a minimum equity.
2.Participants must register trading contest at official website of skyeastfx.
3.Participants must provide correct information data.
4.SkyeastFX reserves the right to decline registration from any participants without disclosing the reason or to disqualify any participant during the contest.
5.All participants must be at least 18 years of age upon joining the contest.

III. Trading Competition Rules and Regulations
 
 
1.  Minimum starting balance $ 3000 or Rp. 30.000.000 (IDR are for Indonesians).   
   
2. Participants are allowed to add up/top up deposits during the contest. 
   
3.  Minimum traded lot requirement :
10 lots for USD 3000 / Rp. 30.000.000 deposit
20 lots for USD 6000 / Rp. 60.000.000 deposit
Minimal trading lot are increment minimal deposit applicable 
 
4.  Profit calculation in determining the winners :

*Profit : Closing equity on December 31 - Total Margin In during contest 
 
  
5. No withdrawal of funds during the contest. 
  
6.  Participants may register new account with a minimal balance of USD 3,000 / Rp. 30.000.000 . 
  
7. Registration starts from September 01, 2009 - December 31, 2009. 
  
8. Contest start from September 01, 2009 - December 31, 2009. 
  
9. Participants must register through www.skyeastfx.com. 
 
10.  Participants must not use a third party bank account for fund transfer (for new account opening or top up fund to your trading account). SkyeastFX will disqualify participants using third party bank account for fund transfer. !!PLEASE USE YOUR OWN BANK ACCOUNT NAME AND NUMBER FOR THE CONTEST!!  
  
11.  The contest uses real-world money; PLEASE BE AWARE OF THE POTENTIAL RISK YOU MAY FACE BY JOINING THE CONTEST.  
   
IV. Trading Contest Result
1. The level of participant’s funds during the contest will be published at SkyeastFX official website.
2. The Top 5 participants with the highest percentage of profit will also be published at SkyeastFX official website.
3. The company reserves the right to publish participant's statements during and after the contest.
4. The final result of the contest will be published 2 weeks after it has ended. All trading contest data will be scrutinized carefully and will undergo examination procedures and recapitulation.

V. Contest Winners
1. The winners will be decided based on the best result (accounts that has the highest profit percentage at the closing of the contest).
3 participants with the highest percentage profit will be announced as the winners.
2. In case of two or more participants having the same profit percentage, winners will be decided based on the biggest initial deposit or total deposit and the number of total lot opened.
3. The winners agreed to disclose his/her name publicly on www.skyeastfx.com as promotional material.
4. Trading Contest Prizes Awarded
1st Place : New Honda City
2nd Place: Honda All New Jazz
3rd Place : New Honda Beat

VI. Prize delivery
1. The winners must provide a registered and valid Identification Card (ID card) with a copy of the front and back sides, recent photo, and latest bank account details not longer than January 29, 2010.
2. Prize Delivery is scheduled on February 1, 2010.
3. The winners must agree to pay all delivery costs and taxes.
4. The color of New Honda City, Honda All New Jazz, New Honda Beat will depend on the availability.
